Loved understanding what influence my birth year had on Australian history. And wasn't it significant, Menzies ousted Chifley, I better understood Calwell's White Australia Policy, and better understand it's influence on the current Labor party, 77 years later, tragic it is repeating the errors of the past. Loved the "wordsmithing" of journalists ofthe time, we have lost a lot of the art of writing.

This is for my mums 80th birthday. Mum could look what happened the year she was born.
